To give more hygienic and for maintaining the quality the raw white rice is soaked in water initially for approximately 30 minutes and then washed and cleaned . After the cleaning process is over the same lot will be moved for milling and then the milled wet flour will be roasted for certain time , after that the roasted flour will be kept in a tray for cooling then will be sieved and transferred to the measuring and packing area for packing.
